Launch Your Face Mask Production Line in 30 Days
Step 1: Consult with Sales Team

Our sales team will guide you through the process of determining the perfect combination of machinery to fit your mask production needs. This includes the number of face mask production machines, earloop cutting machines, and earloop welding machines, as well as the amount of raw materials you will need. Once these factors have been determined, we will create a quote for you summarizing all machinery and costs.
Step 2: Purchase Machine
1-2 weeks, including shipping
Once you’ve determined the right combination of face mask production machinery to meet your needs, and we have sent you a quote, you can place your order. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks. ††
ALL shipping is EXWORKS and the purchasing customer is responsible for coordination. However, we are able to answer questions about shipping and make suggestions if necessary.
Step 3: Engineer Installation & Training
3-5 days
One of our engineers will travel to your location to properly install and configure your new face mask production line once your equipment arrives. Additionally, our engineer will conduct formal training with your staff and team to ensure proper use and efficiency.
Step 4: Begin Face Mask Production

Now that your face mask production machinery has been ordered, delivered, and installed, you’re ready to start producing face masks! But our job doesn’t end there. ATI is happy to provide continual support and training after installation. Simply reach out to one of our salespeople with your needs!
Step 5: Re-Order Supplies & Access Support

Whether you’re needing to re-order raw materials or order a replacement part for your machinery, we are here to help. Nosewire and earloop are sourced from overseas suppliers. ALL shipping is EXWORKS and the purchasing customer is responsible for coordination. Non-woven material has been tested to ASTM standards. However, the final product still needs to be tested. ATI recommends two workers per machine. Guarding for safety standards will be completed by the customer.
